Personnel

For my FMP I have Identified my Personnel to have a well-functioning team and all reach our goals:

Fari - Content Creator, Video Editor, Content Planner, Graphic Designer, Art Director, Social Media Manager

Francesca- Co-Art Director, Graphic Designer

George C and Jack W- Sound Engineer, Producer

Although I mostly use my phone to record and edit content, there are a few subscriptions that enhance my posts, Canva Pro, Logic, Capcut, Later and Tiktok for editing. Very occasionally I will use my Mac and the programs Premier Pro and Logic.

My goal for my social media following is to have some organic growth but also maintain my own voice in posts. For this reason, I have decided to keep my social media team small for now with plans to expand in the future.

 

The majority of this project was completed by myself, including:

- Written content: FMP Work, Copy and Songwriting

- Social media: Scheduling, Content, Graphic Designer, Social media Manager, Video and Photo editing

- Designing: Social media, branding

- Research

My identified personnel for my FMP is relatively small, I have made sure to delegate some tasks to close members of my team to reduce the risk of burn out. I have also collaborated with artists, designers and producers for my promo for each song.
